FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a suspect in the sexual assault of a student at the University of Arkansas.
University police say a student reported she was attacked from behind and forced to the ground just after midnight Sunday in Fayetteville. Police say the attacker threatened to use a weapon but a weapon was never displayed.
Authorities say they're searching for a white male suspect in his mid-20s who has short brown hair. Authorities say he was wearing tan shorts and a dark gray shirt.
University police say they're increasing night patrols to beef up security around campus.
