#2. The Blue Angels. They will be joined by other aerial performers, at the Little Rock Air Show. The event kicks off Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and runs through Sunday. More than 225,000 people are expected to attended the base's "Thunder Over the Rock" in Jacksonville. The event is free.

#3. Little Rock's Razorback Game. The Hogs will be taking on Louisiana Monroe for their first 2012 appearance at War Memorial Stadium. Kick off is at 6 p.m. Tickets are still available online and by calling 1-800-982-4647. Don't forget, there are several tailgating rules to keep in mind.

#4. Volunteer with CARE. Help support dogs who don't have a home. Volunteers will be building a deck and installing landscaping at CARE's Little Rock headquarters. CARE has rescued over 3,000 homeless dogs and cats and have spayed/neutered more than 7,500 since 1998. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

#5. Owl Prowl. Wrap up the weekend on Sunday with a park interpreter a Pinnacle Mountain State Park. Participate in a guided trail hike in search of the elusive nocturnal hunters.
