DALLAS, TX (CNN) -- A Dallas man says in a "fit of rage" he stabbed his mistress to death after she told him she was HIV positive.
Larry Dunn, Jr. , 36, is behind bars chrged with murder. Dunn, who's married with children, says he just snapped when 28-year-old Cicely Bolden told him about her HIV status and says he feels no remorse.
He says in a jailhouse interview, "So you think you just gonna give me HIV and then kick me to the curb? That's not how this is about to happen and ... I just took it there and she's no longer alive."
Texas is one of 13 states that does not criminalize HIV transmission.
Health care providers must notify former sexual partners when someone tests positive, but not future partners.
