LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A 14-year-old football player ended up in the hospital with missing teeth after Thursday night's game.

According to a Little Rock Police Dept. report, the incident happened at the Pulaski Academy game, which the school hosted. The Pulaski Academy website shows its Junior High team played Maumelle on Thursday.

The report states that officers responded to the Arkansas Children's Hospital and talked with the victim's father. The father told police that his son was playing in the game when a 15-year-old Pulaski Academy player became irate, jumped on his son, and ripped off his helmet. According to the father, when this happened, the helmet's chin strap got caught and pulled out some of the teen's upper teeth. Both students were kicked out of the game. After realizing the amount of damage done to the teen's mouth, he was taken to the hospital for treatment.

No charges have been filed in the incident. The victim and suspect's names are not released due their ages.
