CONWAY, Ark. (KTHV) - Conway police arrested the man suspected in a home burglary and rape case.

Latresha Woodruff with the Conway Police Dept. said Jonathan Thacker was arrested  Monday night after officers questioned him about the case.

The reported rape happened early Friday morning at a home on Keathley Drive in Conway.

A woman said she woke up to an unknown man in her bed. She escaped through a bathroom window and went to a neighbor's home for help.

Police named Thacker as a person of interest Monday. He turned himself in, was questioned, and then arrested.

Woodruff said he is being held on charges of rape and residential burglary.
