LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Little Rock police are investigating a carjacking that happened in downtown Wednesday.
Police say that shortly after 1 p.m., a Hispanic man armed with a shotgun carjacked a black Volkswagon Jetta near the lake at MacArthur Park.
