FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) - Arkansas has its sights set on a two-game winning streak when it hosts Kentucky, though it will have to do so without its top two defensive players.

The Razorbacks (2-4, 1-2 Southeastern Conference) snapped a four-game losing streak with a win at Auburn last week, led by eight sacks on defense and keeping their slim bowl game hopes alive.

Following the win, Arkansas found out that linebackers Alonzo Highsmith and Tenarius Wright had been lost for the season with injuries.

The struggling Wildcats (1-5, 0-3) are no strangers to injuries this season, the latest being a high ankle sprain that will keep freshman quarterback Patrick Towles out against the Razorbacks. Freshman Jalen Whitlow is expected to start in his place.
