LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A suspect is in custody in connection to Monday night's EZ Mart shooting in Little Rock.

Cassandra Davis with the Little Rock Police Dept. said officers conducted a traffic stop about 10:00 p.m. Tuesday at 24th Street and Adams Street. This came after they received a tip that the suspect from the EZ Mart robbery and shooting may be in the area.

Officers located a 21-year-old man and took him into custody. They are interviewing the person to determine if he was involved in the incident. Davis said more information would be released as the investigation continues.
