LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man who allegedly stole things from people selling items off Craigslist is under arrest.

Police arrested James Hinton for three counts of felony theft. Police say there have been other incidents of theft in the area by someone who is 6 feet tall and weighing 170 pounds. Also another description has the suspect with red twists in his hair.

Hinton was arrested by UALR police for a similar instance where he was armed with a gun at the time of the theft.

In the instances Hinton is suspected, Hinton talked to people through Craigslist, met up with them at Chapel Ridge apartments off Stagecoach, and when the victims presented the items they were selling, Hinton allegedly grabbed the items and ran.
