FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KTHV) - A homeowner in Fayetteville had her house broken into Wednesday, but the intruder wasn't a usual suspect.
A young buck jumped right through the bedroom window, and took off on a rampage inside, leaving the house a mess.
The homeowner, Judy Ambercrombie, wasn't there at the time, but the neighbor saw all of it and told her what happened.
"The deer went up the street, made a u-turn and came back and about the time he got in front of my house he made a dart and went right through the front bedroom window," Abercrombie said. "I don't know why he chose my house, but he left quite a disaster behind."
The deer cut himself while jumping through the home. There is not an update on its condition, but neighbors called animal control, which captured the deer and took it in for care.
