Police have Gabriel Jaquez in custody for the shooting of a man in Sherwood.
The Pulaski County Sheriff's office says they found the victim bleeding from the arm and abdomen in a carport of a home on Batesville Pike in Sherwood. When officers arrived at the scene, they saw a suspect leave so they followed him.

Jaquez is being charged with first degree battery, first degree criminal mischief, aggravated robbery, and theft of a motor vehicle.
Both Jaquez and and the victim remain hospitalized as of Friday morning.
