Today's THV is always looking for ways to make your life easier, so we've complied a list of five things to do in Arkansas this weekend.

#1. Forest Park: Light the Night -- The Centennial Reunion Friday night at Forest Park Elementary School for alumni is to catch up with former classmates and see the school. Then, head to the River Market Pavilion at 7:30 p.m. "tailgate style" while dancing the night away to the tunes from the Memphis Soul Review. Parents, Grandparents, Alumni and friends are all welcome.

#2. Mud Run -- If you like getting dirty and having a good time then the 10th annual Mud Run is perfect for you! It's known as Little Rock's dirtiest 5K. The goal isn't to finish fast, but to finish with style. Saturday's race at Two Rivers Park is family-friendly and children are encouraged to participate. Runners finish with a spectacular frolic through a 300-foot mud pit, which is filled with Arkansas mud.

#3. Washington After Dark -- If you're in the mood for Halloween, head to southwest Arkansas. It's become one of the most popular events in the area. Civil War looms over the area with stories of fallen soldiers, the treacherous travels of the Southwest Trail, and tales of families long gone. Don't miss this one-of-a-kind experience only offered at Historic Washington State Park Saturday from 6-9 p.m.

#4. Haunted Houses -- Don't forget all the Halloween happenings in central Arkansas! Check out dozens of haunted houses listed on our website. we've included times, locations and prices. Enjoy the fright and then take a picture of your scary fun! You can upload your pictures to THV's Halloween gallery at todaysthv.com.

#5. Halloween Hayride -- Enjoy the family event at Pinnacle Mountain State Park in Little Rock. Experience a different kind of Halloween during this fun-filled evening, complete with a campfire and treats. It's on Saturday from 5-7 p.m. The price is $10. Children ages 6-12 are $5
