PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) The crime in Pine Bluff forced residents to the streets Sunday afternoon. They're calling it the "Stop the Killing Walkathon."
"The pain does not end when the burial ends. The pain is still there," says Angela Collins, an aunt of two homicide victims. "One was murdered seven years ago, Cornelius Green. He was shot in front of his home."
Her other nephew, Jonathan Haney, was killed in a hit-and-run accident a few weeks ago.
"The driver was drunk and hit him and left him there," says Haney.
At this event were several city officials, candidates for mayor, and families of victims.
