LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Whether or not to legalize medical marijuana is quite possibly the hottest item you'll see on the ballot tomorrow.

This morning, you heard two different opinions of Issue 5. David Couch supports it and is with Arkansans for Compassionate Care. And Benton Police Chief Kirk Lane with the Arkansas Chiefs of Police Association opposes it.

They both discussed the issue with Alyse Eady on "THV 11 News This Morning."
