LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The family of a Little Rock man who was reported missing says the man has been located safely.
Little Rock police said Tuesday that Charles David Hall, 21, of Little Rock, had not been seen since Nov. 4 around 11 p.m. near the Shell Gas Station on the intersection of Shackleford Drive and Bowman Road.
Hall's family told THV 11 on Wednesday morning that Hall was found safely and was returning home. No foul play was involved in his disappearance.
