LEE COUNTY, MS (CNN/WCBI) -- Mississippi judge sentenced a former Boy Scout leader to 25 years in prison for sexually assaulting two young boys.
Donnie Weaver admitted to molesting the two boys ages eight and nine during a Scout outing last year.
The judge actually sentenced the 49-year-old Weaver to 40 years with 15 of them suspended.
Lee County Mississippi officials say Weaver will likely not earn early release time, because of the nature of the crimes.
