BENTON COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) - Rep. Steve Womack's son was taken to jail Friday on a felony parole violation, according to the Benton County Sheriff's Office website.
Jail employees said James Philip Womack, 25, of Rogers, is expected to have his bond set at a hearing in the next few days.
As of Friday evening, Womack faced no new charges.
