PARIS, Ark. (AP) - Authorities have identified the human remains found by a hunter last week in a wooded area of Logan County.
Fort Smith television station KHBS reports that the remains belong to 54-year-old Marvin Ray Hixson of Paris.
Authorities say Hixson was reported missing on May 13, 2010. The medical examiner identified the remains using Hixson's dental records.
Authorities say a hunter found the bones last week. Hixson's cause of death is still pending.
