LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The man accused of killing his parents then fleeing to Tennessee with his younger sister is back in Arkansas.
Monday, detectives with the Shelby County Sheriff's Office in Tennessee contacted LRPD homicide detectives to tell them that Antonio Whitlow has waived extradition to Arkansas.
Little Rock officers traveled to Tennessee to take Whitlow into custody and took him back to Little Rock where he is charged with two counts of capital murder and one count of kidnapping.
Bobby and Annette Whitlow were murdered in their home July 28. Whitlow took his younger sister from the same home.
