UNDATED (CNN) -- Thanksgiving Day wasn't a quiet family affair for Halle Berry.
Police tell the Los Angeles Times they went to the actress' home because of a physical confrontation between her fiancé and ex-boyfriend.
Gabriel Aubry was said to have been dropping off the 4-year-old daughter he has with Berry, when the fight broke out.
The Times says Aubry was taken into custody and also treated for injuries to his face.
It has also been reported that he and Berry had been battling over her plans to re-locate to France.
According to E! Online, that move was blocked by a judge earlier this month.
