LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Medical Monday was full of great information on "THV 11 News This Morning".

Last week the nation's largest group of OB/GYNS said birth control pills should be sold over the counter, this morning Dr. Kay Chandler with the Cornerstone Clinic for Women joined us to talk about the risks and benefits of OCP and who shouldn't take it if it does become over the counter. She broke down the pros and cons of making the pill over the counter.

Plus, with hunting season in full swing, Arkansas Children's Hospital joined us with some very important information on ATV safety. Don't miss these great tips.

And if you participated in Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you'll want to think about #GivingTuesday. Watch our interview with the Arkansas Coalition for Excellence on how you can give back this Tuesday.

Join us tomorrow for Consumer Tuesday. Financial Planner Barry Corkern is diving into a three part series on retirement planning. He'll talk about how to plan for expenses.

Plus - we'll get a special in studio performance from some of the cast of Cirque Dreams Holidaze that starts at Robinson Auditorium this week. And we have a chance for you to go for free!

And we'll be sharing with you some ways to cut your home heating costs.

Join us starting at 4:30 a.m.
