LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Officers are at the scene of an accident where an 18-wheeler cab has pushed a pickup into a business.

According to police, a semi truck pushed another pick up into the Shoeshine Parlor building on 1306 Wright Avenue.

Sgt. Cassandra Davis said the man in the semi was having an argument with the man in a pick up over a girl before he allegedly pushed the pickup between 40 and 50 feet into the side of the building.

Sgt. Davis said the semi driver left the scene, drove to 1005 Adams St, abandoned it, and fled to the Family Dollar Store on 12th Street.

Police said he did not appear to be at the store when they arrived; however, they do have an idea of who the driver might be and are attempting to locate him.

In addition, officers said the man in the pickup was injured and has been rushed to a nearby hospital. They have not released the extent of his injuries or his current condition.

THV 11 News does have a news crew at the scene of the accident and will have more information as soon as it becomes available.
