LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A man is in custody after he allegedly used his 18-wheeler cab to push a truck into a building.
Police arrested Robert Lee around 6:30 Tuesday afternoon at his home. When police arrived he said he had been jumped and his big rig cab had been stolen. Police say they had to use pepper spray on Lee after he became erratic and fought arrest.
Lee is charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, refusal to submit to arrest, and attempt to influence a public servant. He also may be charged with aggravated assault for the vehicle incident.
Earlier Tuesday afternoon, police say a big rig cab pushed another truck into the Shoeshine Parlor on 1306 Wright Avenue.
