LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The Arkansas Opportunity to Learn (OTL) campaign held it's two-day Summit event Friday and Saturday, November 30 - December 1. It was a big success for OTL, who had over 200 participants registered.
There was over 30 scheduled speakers through out the weekend that consisted of workshops and panel discussions.
The OTL campaign is a statewide organization that focuses on bringing together parents, educators, policy makers, and others who work to build a strong movement to expand educational opportunities in Arkansas.
