LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Many people gathered Sunday, December 2, to take a taste in the Say It Ain't Say's sweet potato pie competition at Mosaic Templars Cultural Center.
The contest gets its name from Little Rock native and community activist Robert "Say" Mclntosh, famous for his sweet potato pies.
THV's very own Mark Edwards was one of many celebrity judges of the competition. There was eight entries from amateurs and five entries from professionals. Prizes were awarded to the first and second place in two categories: People's Choice and Overall Crowd Favorite.
