LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - The ambassador of Vietnam to the U.S. will discuss the relationship between those two countries at a lecture in Little Rock.

Ambassador Nguyen Quoc Cuong is scheduled to speak Thursday afternoon at the Clinton School of Public Service.

The school says he has been accredited to the highest rank for a Vietnamese career diplomat.

The lecture will take place at noon Thursday at the school's Sturgis Hall.
