LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The wife of an El Dorado tissue donor saw a floragraph image of her late husband for the first time. He will be honored at this year's Parade of Roses in Pasadena.
David Fox passed away from a heart attack at the age of 48, and although he died in 2003, his giving nature went on to help more than 100 people with his tissue donations.
On January first, his floragraph image along with 71 other organ and tissue donors will be a part of the Donate Life Rose Parade float.
David's Wife Liz spoke about her hope that her husband's legacy will inspire millions.
"We're praying and praying that all the millions of people will see this on national TV. His life didn't end at death but has gone on," she said.
The 124th Rose Parade will happen Tuesday, Jan. 1 at 10 a.m. We hope Liz and other people on that float can help inspire those to donate life.
