UNDATED (CNN) -- Facebook joins the Nasdaq 100 stock listing today.
The social network is already listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange, but it has grown enough to be added to the list of Nasdaq's 100 biggest non-financial companies.
The Wall Street Journal reports Facebook will be the 23rd-largest company in the index, and worth about one percent of the total.
By comparison, Apple is by far the largest company in the Nasdaq 100, weighed at 17 percent of the whole index.
