Man accused in Arkadelphia murders was on probation

ARKADELPHIA, Ark. (KTHV) - New details are coming out about the background of the man accused of killing a man and two children.

According to police, Riakos Lizana pleaded no contest to 3 counts of Theft of Property which included stealing a car, a cell phone, some keys and a bicycle in August.

For his crimes, Lizana got 60 months of probation.

Lizana is accused of killing 40-year-old Bobby Galbraith, 6-year-old Adiele Crutchfield and 4-year-old Marley Crutchfield at their home Dec. 6. He is charged with three counts of capital murder and one count of aggravated robbery.
