BELLA VISTA, Ark. (KTVH) - A Bella Vista man faces several felony charges after a car accident on Highway 279 that left a Bentonville man dead Friday, December 14.
Police reports indicate that Brandon K. Whitehead, 39, lost control of the wheel while going around a curve hitting James and Rachael McCutcheon's vehicle head-on.
Whitehead's passenger Robert K. Keeler,33, died in the accident. Both James and Rachael McCutcheon and Whitehead sustained injuries.
