BENTON, Ark. (KTHV) -- Benton detectives say they're looking for a Level Three sex offender who failed to meet registration requirements.

Police say William Marsh, 48, was not in compliance of his release terms by living at an unregistered address in Benton. Marsh wasn't living at his last reported address, and was reportedly living within 2,000 feet of two daycares.

In November, detectives were able to locate Marsh and take him into custody without incident. Marsh was able to bond out on the previous charges with instructions to meet with detectives about his registration and residence location.

But police say Marsh did not make contact with detectives and they have been unable to locate him since his release.

Anyone with information on Marsh's location is encouraged to contact the Benton Police Department at (501) 778-1171 or 315-TIPS. Individuals also may send an anonymous crime tip to CRIMES (274637) with the keyword BNPD in the body of the text or go to www.crimereports.com and submit a tip there.
