4 pounds of cocaine found on Greyhound Bus; Janie Pridemore, Samantha Richards charged

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Acting on a tip from Texas Department of Public Safety, Pulaski County Sheriff's Narcotics and North Little Rock Police Narcotics Investigators found approximately 4 pounds of cocaine on a bus.

According to Lt. Carl Minden, 48-year-old Janie Pridemore, of Joelton, Tenn., and 27 -year old Samantha Richards of Nashville, Tenn., were both arrested after police found the cocaine on a Greyhound bus traveling from Nashville, Tenn., to Corpus Christi, Tx.

Pridemore was charged with one count of trafficking cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in lieu of $52,500 bond.

Richards was charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
