LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The fallout from Tuesday's winter storm prompted Gov. Mike Beebe to issue a disaster declaration Wednesday afternoon.
The declaration enables the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management to work more efficiently with other state agencies to provide relief.
