LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Entergy Arkansas unveiled its newly-improved outage website on Friday. In a press conference, CEO Hugh McDonald explained that customers can now receive more detailed information online. This information includes where crews are working, what current weather conditions are in the area, and which specific areas should receive power that day.
To find this information on Entergy's website, you can do the following:
1: Visit http://viewoutage.entergy.com/ar.aspx online
2: Hover the mouse over your specific county.
3: Click "GET INFO +"
4: Scroll through the information box to read the updated information.
Summary information regarding outages is still available on the website. To see how many customers are without power by county, click "Summary" in the upper right corner for that information. Users may also search their specific location by using the bottom right information box on the Entergy Outages website.
