LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Officials with the Little Rock Fire Department say a driver was ejected from a vehicle after a car accident
Sunday morning near the Springer Blvd. exit of I-440.
The person was sent over the highway railing and landed under a bridge. According to Capt. Edwin Wolfe, rescue personnel had to rappel over the side of the interstate to attempt to save the victim.
The driver was taken to a local hospital. No word yet on the condition of the victim.
