LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Republican businessman Curtis Coleman says he intends to file paperwork to form an exploratory committee for a possible run for Arkansas governor.

Coleman said Monday that he planned to file the paperwork later in the week.

Coleman is a co-founder of Safe Foods Corp. in North Little Rock and ran an unsuccessful campaign for the GOP nomination for Senate in 2010.

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel, a Democrat, is planning to seek the governorship in 2014.

Coleman says he hasn't made up his mind whether to run and says the exploratory committee is just a step in the decision-making process.
