LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- The Praying for Peace Vigil was held Tuesday at the corner of Daisy Bates and Martin Luther King Jr. in Little Rock.
The site was a mock cemetery, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Volunteers placed crosses for crime victims in the city.
The service was followed by a balloon release in memory of the victims. The public was invited to attend and support this vigil.
