LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- If you're looking for something to do this weekend, THV 11 has you covered with five great ideas in Arkansas.
#1. Paranormal Weekend: Eureka Springs Paranomal invites you to join in on a behind the scenes quest for evidence that the famed Crescent Hotel holds evidence of the paranormal. This two-day, hands on investigation puts tools of the paranormal investigator in your hands as well as an introduction to the property and 24 hour access to several rooms. Availability is limited.
#2. Eagle Watch: Bundle up, grab your binoculars, and hop aboard a tour boat on Lake Ouachita in hopes of seeing our national symbol up close and in the wild. Every Saturday through February from 2-3:15 p.m. you can participate in a eagle watch. In addition to several lake tours, there will also be other programs and activities in the park in Mountain Pine.
#3. Blanchard Springs Cavern: The beauty is hard to put into words! Be sre to check out a special trail tour at Blanchard Springs. Saturday's one hour walking event will take you through the cave's upper level in it's constant 58 degree temperature. You'll also get to tour two huge rooms filled with marvelous sparkling formations. Participants must be at least 10 years old. The Dripstone Tour starts at 10:30.
#4. GoDaddy.com Bowl: Don't forget to cheer on the The ASU Red Wolves Sunday night. They'll take on Kent State in Mobile, Alabama at 8 p.m on ESPN. Of course, our THV 11 Sports crews are there covering all the action. Stay tuned for all the action.
#5. Arvest on Ice: It's the last weekend for the winter celebration in Little Rock's Rivermarket. So, throw on your jacket and scarf for some Ice Skating. It's $9 ages 5 and up. Kids 4 and under are free with paid adult admission. You have until Sunday to enjoy the ice!
