PINE BLUFF, Ark. (KTHV) - Pine Bluff detectives are investigating a recent murder.
According to Lt. David Price, Ray Haltiwanger, 20, was found suffering from a gunshot wound near the intersection of East 21st St. and Georgia St around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Price said Haltiwanger was taken to the Jefferson Regional Medical Center where he later died from his wounds.
Investigators currently have no suspects.
