HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. (KTHV) - Heber Springs Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with rape.
According to police, Matthew Tinkle, 25, was charged with one count of rape, and his victim is a female under the age of 14 years old.
The Heber Springs Police Department and the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Unit are continuing the investigation.
