UNDATED (CNN) -- Dell stock rose again today (Tuesday) on reports the struggling personal computer maker is in talks about a possible buyout.
Shares of Dell rose nearly 4-percent early today after jumping 13-percent Monday.
According to Bloomberg News, Dell has discussed a potential sale with several private equity firms.
The company has has struggled to compete in the wake of declining P-C sales as new mobile options continue to emerge from rivals Apple and Android developer Google.
The news also comes as Dell rival Hewlett-Packard was said to have dethroned Lenovo as the top PC maker.
A Dell spokesman said Monday that the company does not comment on rumor or speculation.
