LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- We want to help you stay on track with your diet.  And the sad news is just because food looks healthy, doesn't mean it is.

Shine from Yahoo! released some foods you should skip on your diet.

Wraps - Tortillas may be a great bread alternative, but some of them are just colored white bread. Try instead an open faced sandwich with whole grain toast.

Bottled Green Tea - Green tea is good for you, but mass-produced green tea in the bottle can have as much sugar as 37 lollipops! Opt for water with lemon or herbal green tea instead.

White Rice Sushi - A typical roll contains up to 350 calories and the carb equivolent of four and a half pieces of bread! Try brown rice sushi, or skip the rice and go for hand rolled sushi.

Fatty Salads - Of course salads are great for a diet, but adding sneaky fattening toppings can ruin your salad's nutritional value. Adding blue cheese, balsamic vinaigrette, candied walnuts, and dried cranberries packs an extra 810 calories to your salad. Keep your salad heavy on the greens, with colorful veggies and lean proteins.

Frozen Diet Meals - Yes these are easy and convenient, but they are also processed and bland. They can also have more carbs than you need. Opt for frozen turkey burgers. These are great on salads or on their own. They come in different seasonings as well.
