LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Arkansans will commemorate the life of one of the 20th century's most significant figures: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
In Little Rock, the 28th annual Marade will kick off at 10 this morning. It started at 33rd and Chester Streets.
The celebration will weave through the downtown streets of Little Rock and will end on the steps of the State Capitol.
