LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - A middle school security guard is arrested for allegedly inappropriately touching a student.

Little Rock police say they received a call about the incident at Horace Mann Magnet Junior High School on Nov. 28, 2012. A 14-year-old student said substitute security guard Robert Myles, 39, inappropriately touched him.

Little Rock police say Myles is accused of inappropriate behavior with a second student as well.

The victim's mother also told police that Myles had talked to her son through text message before.

Myles was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault. He will make his first court appearance Feb. 5.

School principal Pat Boykin sent a letter to all parents in the school district explaining the actions taken by the school during this incident. That letter in its entirety can be read in the PDF file attached to this story.

Little Rock School District Communications Director, Pam Smith, said Myles had been a substitute guard with the district from April 11, 2012 - Nov. 28, 2012.
