LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Chicken spaghetti is perfect for a family dinner or even a Super Bowl party. Anthony Michael with Cross-Eyed Pig is putting the finishing touches on this crowd pleaser.
Chicken Spaghetti
STEP 1
Veggie/Chicken mix:
2-4 lbs cooked chicken chopped
2-4 cans Rotel
4 cloves garlic chopped
4 stalks celery chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1/2 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of the veggies together and saute with butter until cooked. Then mix in chicken and rotel and keep warm.
STEP 2
Cheese sauce:
16oz Velveeta cheese
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
Put all of the cheeses in a microwave safe bowl and melt until smooth.
STEP 3
Pasta:
16oz/1 lb pasta
Cook pasta according to directions in a large pot.
STEP 4
Put the pasta back into the large pot. Then add the veggie/chicken mix and stir together. Then lastly add your cheese sauce. Then serve!
