LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Little Rock police have identified a man who is wanted for two armed robberies on Wednesday morning.

Police believe Mario Hammonds, 27, is the man responsible for robbing a Comfort Inn on Roosevelt Rd. and a Shell gas station on Cantrell Rd. early Wednesday morning.

The hotel was robbed at 4:40 a.m. and the gas station at 5:30 a.m.

Hammonds is charged with aggravated robbery and theft of property. Hammonds can be identified by a large keloid scar on the left side of his neck.
