From the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department:
LITTLE ROCK (2-5) -- Crews will install an overhead sign on Interstate 30 in Texarkana Wednesday night into Thursday morning, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The overhead sign will span the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 between the Jefferson Avenue and Highway 245 exits. Jefferson Avenue and Highway 245 will not be affected.
The project will begin Wednesday, February 6th at 11:00 p.m. It will be complete by Thursday, February 7th at 5:00 a.m., weather permitting. Traffic in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 may be stopped for short intervals up to 15 minutes.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
