ALEXANDER, Ark. (KTHV) - Two people accused of tying up several women and beating them appeared in court Tuesday while the third suspect is still in jail.
A spokesperson for the Saline County Prosecutor's Office said Tameria Moore and David Lee attended a call back hearing. Shane Wilson did not appear due to a failure to make bond.
The three are accused of tying up several women and beating them. Police said they learned of the situation when a woman escaped from having her wrists zip-tied and found help.
Moore was arrested on three counts of false imprisonment and three counts of terroristic threatening. David said she will return to District Court for another call back hearing March 26, and she is going to be in circuit court for a probation violation hearing March 4.
Lee will have his call back hearing March 5 and is facing three counts of false imprisonment, five counts of terroristic threatening, and one count of intimidating a witness.
Wilson is expected to appear in court March 26 for another call back hearing. He was arrested for three counts of false imprisonment and three counts of terroristic threatening.
None of the suspects have been charged by the Prosecuting Attorney because the police department isn't finished investigating.
