LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Running a 5K is a popular goal for many because the 3.1 miles is less intimidating than the half or full marathon.

The Beat Goes On 5K benefiting Saline Memorial Hospital is happening this weekend, and Matt Brumley stopped by "THV 11 News This Morning" to talk more about it.
