THV 11, the Gannett-owned CBS affiliate in Little Rock, Arkansas, is looking for an experienced, quick thinking, on-the-ball team player who is comfortable in a live studio environment. Must be experienced with high-pressure, live news situations, and have the ability to use own judgment in ever-changing circumstances. Must be able to take direction and apply to the situation at hand. Candidate will be responsible for operation of technical equipment and systems for on-air broadcast and news operations.  This control room position includes master control and automation, video controls, audio operations, robotic camera operations, transmissions and video server/tape ingest and quality control processes and online responsibilities to support news/Information objectives of todaysthv.com. 

Requirements:  One year of related broadcast experience, ability to work any scheduled time, including nights, weekends and holidays to support the 24/7 on-air broadcast environment and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
